When the pandemic hit in 2020, we supported hundreds of restaurants with self-service ordering solutions so they could cater to new demands and stay afloat. We saw a rapid digitalization of the F&B industry, where large chains took a giant leap in their efforts to provide digital services to their customers.
On the other hand, many contract catering businesses were forced to close down. Now, as they catch up, many digital solutions do not fit the contract catering industry, which has special requirements when it comes to subsidies, discounts, and offers.
